Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your class registration, please contact Pane in the Glass Wyo as soon as possible.

Because class sizes are limited and materials are prepared in advance, cancellations made close to the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a refund. When possible, we will do our best to help you move your registration to a future class session.

Participants who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide advance notice will be considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, a $100 deposit may be required to reserve a seat in a future class. This deposit helps cover materials and preparation costs associated with missed registrations.

The $100 deposit will be applied toward the cost of the future class unless otherwise stated.

Pane in the Glass Wyo reserves the right to modify or enforce this policy at its discretion in order to maintain fair access to limited class seating.

Class Capacity

Classes are limited in size to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Registration may close once available seats are filled.

Pane in the Glass Wyo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if minimum participation requirements are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. If a class must be cancelled by us, participants will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund when applicable.
